About Sol

believe real change happens when we step outside the usual boxes and re-imagine what is possible. My journey has never been linear. It is a blend of research, policy, education, and creative storytelling, all tied together by one mission: to make our world a better place.

Along the way, I have reshaped environmental and social impact assessments, advised on international policy, and worked with institutions, from governments to museums, to build more inclusive and meaningful cultures. Whether in boardrooms, classrooms, or community spaces, I aim to spark conversations that turn into meaningful action.

As an educator, I have shared sustainability insights with scientists, policymakers, professionals, students, and the wider public, through lectures, workshops, and talks designed to engage, not overwhelm.

I am also the co-founder of nSigo Incubate, a platform in East Africa where young sustainability ideas grow into real-world solutions. For me, nothing is more rewarding than seeing creativity, science, and bold thinking come together to create lasting impact.

In short: I connect people, ideas, and systems, and I do it with curiosity, energy, and a genuine belief that together we can build something better.
